Welcome again to the Festival of Homes sponsored by the Iron County Home Builders Association. Our 2018 show marks our 23rd year of providing a wonderful selection of entries for you to tour. This year we celebrate with our theme of “Quality Living” and you will find our entries exemplify high quality in their design, building technology, landscaping, and interior design and decorating.
We hope you will enjoy this year’s tour, and thank you for supporting the Festival. Importantly, remember you can vote for your choices for the best home, interior design, landscaping, and garage exhibitor. You must visit the number specified on the ticket to be eligible to vote — so plan to see all of them to get the full experience of the show. Your vote recognizes our builders and associate members who have worked for months preparing each entry for you to enjoy visiting. Cast your vote for all four categories at the last entry you visit.
Many of our members, along with the builders, make significant contributions to the Festival entries. Please notice the signs and exhibits of the many businesses whose work, products and/or services are on display. Our member companies add their time and talent to provide a great exhibit, including providing furniture, appliances, floor coverings, window treatments, electronics, paint, wall paper, lighting, cabinets and fixtures, doors and windows, concrete, fencing, landscaping, financing, insuring, and much more.
At the Iron County Home Builders Association, we are proud to provide the best products and services available anywhere, and we recommend that you contact our association members as you have needs to build, remodel, update, modernize, furnish, decorate, landscape, and repair your homes (see our membership directory in the back pages of this magazine). Please also thank our signature sponsor, State Bank of Southern Utah, and our major sponsors, Coldwell Banker Advantage, Sunroc Building Materials and Corporation, DeMille Turf Farm/Red Cedar Rock, and Nichols Development, along with our media sponsors, Cherry Creek Radio, and the Iron County Today.
