The Iron County Home Builders Association is pleased bring you our annual Festival of Homes. Our 2018 show is again offering a broad range of entries you’re sure to enjoy. As a former Festival chairman, and the current president of the Association, I know of the endless time and effort that goes into the homes and projects by our association members, including the builders, and associate members and by our Festival Committee, to prepare for this event. I express my appreciation to all those involved.
We have visitors come here from near and far, from cities throughout Utah, and Nevada, Arizona, even Colorado, Idaho, California, and other surrounding states. We also get great support from our local citizens who love to visit the show. The Festival of Homes brings out folks who help the local economy and add to the value to our community. Our association members, and especially the builders who submit entries, with the support of our Festival sponsors, make this show possible. The Home Builders Association expresses sincere thanks to our sponsors State Bank of Southern Utah, Coldwell Banker Advantage, Sunroc, Nichols Development, DeMille Turf Farm/Red Cedar Rock, and the Cedar City Brian Head Tourism Bureau. We also couldn’t do it without the support of our media sponsors; Iron County Today, and Cherry Creek Radio.
The 168 business people who make up our membership, including builders, subcontractors, and business associates, many as small business owners who want to serve the building needs of Iron County and the surrounding communities. As a trade association, we are also part of the HBA of Utah and the National Association of Home Builders, and we expect our members to practice high ethical standards, and exhibit fair and honest business practices. We provide building code training to keep our members current with the building requirements. Our builders consider and look for the best in trade technologies and practices.
Please see the membership listing at our ICHBA website and contact our skilled, professional members to help you with your building, remodeling, and personal needs.
